1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. gluten-free soy sauce
2 Tb. honey
2 Tb. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. powdered ginger
2 Tb. chopped green onion
Combine all ingredients and pour over meat in a glass dish or zip top bag. Turn the meat one or twice while marinating.
